Plot Summary:A former Spanish Civil War prisoner, John McKittrick arrives in New York to find the truth behind the death of his friend Louie Lepetino. He finds himself being chased by Nazi agents who want an item he has brought back from Spain and cannot give up. When another of his friends is murdered, McKittrick realizes that he cannot trust anyone around him - not anyone.

黑色电影气氛非常到位，可惜间谍剧情很不协调。Maureen O'Hara演这个不太合适。
剧情几乎狗屁不通。幕后黑手好猜到根本不用猜，战俘营回来的男主一定是严重的PTSD造成脑子短路；男主被追（不杀）的原因太蠢；中间横生的枝节太莫名其妙，尤其O'Hara的角色，她在整件事中的作用到结尾也没讲清楚。
