Plot Summary:Thirty-four year old Kansas housewife, Liddy Travis, is diagnosed with a terminal illness with four months to live. She will deteriorate into a "vegetable" and eventually die in great pain. To avoid this kind of death, she asks her husband to help her kill herself.
